Norwegian Course in Bergen

As a World Heritage City and as The Gateway to the Fjords of Norway – Bergen is a must for anyone who is travelling in Norway.

Founded in 1070, Bergen, the city has attracted visitors ever since, the reason? Its charm and astonishing landscapes.

Bergen is the second largest city in Norway and is surrounded by seven mountains where Ulrikken and Fløien are the highest. Also, it is the gateway to the fjords, so why not take this opportunity to explore the West Coast of Norway and see the worldwide famous fjords?

Bergen is part of the "Hansa-cities" ,in other words, this means it has a lof of history to offer such as Bryggen which was the center in the past, but still "alive-and -kicking". 

In the surrounding you can explore the oldest buildings in town, Maria kirken

(St. Mary´s church) and Bergenshus (Fortress). In addition to these sights, you might want to visit Troldhaugen which was the Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg´s home, Fisketorget (Fish market) and Akvariet (Aquarium), 20 minutes walk from Bryggen.

New 2 Norway's Explore Language Package (ELP) in Bergen has been designed as an intensive language training where you dive into Norwegian Language and Culture.

This offer in Bergen is only for German speaking participants where you will have 20 lessons over 5 days. Each lesson last 45 minutes, but this does not mean you will be in front of the whiteboard memorizing words all day long. Not at all!

Our lessons combine many activities, which may include outdoor activities, special events, socializing with your classmates and locals, exploring the city, conversation classes and of course (because it is very important), study time.

What you can expect is not traditional class but a true immersive experience.

Our courses in Bergen start on Monday  and run for 5 days until Friday, and are mainly for German speaking participants this year.
