Terms and Conditions' Customized Language Packages (CLP) = Learn and Live Packages

 Booking Conditions

All bookings, changes, alternations and cancellations must be made in writing. All rates are quoted in Euros (€) or Norwegian Crowns (NOK) per person and include taxes and VAT. New 2 Norway® AS reserves the right to alter itineraries in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

In case of changes of official taxation or VAT, prices will be changed accordingly.

Travel Documents

New 2 Norway® will do all reservations and confirmations needed according to our Customized Language Package (Learn and Live Packages).

Payment Conditions

Prepayment:

A deposit of 300 € per persons is required at the time of booking to secure and confirm your Customized Language Package. (non-refundable fee)

Full payment:

This is due to New 2 Norway® (in € or NOK) at least 10 business days prior to Customized Language Package start.

Language Package booked within 10 business days of start must be paid immediately (total amount), otherwise reservations made will be cancelled.

If full payment is not received as suggested all reservations made will be cancelled immediately.

Cancellations/ Reschedule

All cancellations/ reschedule must be received in writing. The date of cancellation/ reschedule shall be the date when written notice is received by New 2 Norway®.

No fees are refundable if cancellation/ reschedule received later than 30 business days before package-start.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, such as riots, floods, earthquakes, strikes etc. the contract ceases to be binding for both parties.

Insurance

Travel insurance and trip cancellation insurance is recommended (can NOT be issued by New 2 Norway®).

Governing Law

The agreement between New 2 Norway® and the participant and all related questions, hereunder any dispute concerning the general terms- and conditions listed here, shall be governed for all purposes by Norwegian Law, and possible disputes shall be settled by Oslo City Court, Norway.

Liability

In general New 2 Norway® shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss or accident of whatever nature on any person or goods (including financial loss and consequential damages) incurring during, after, in connection with or as a consequence of participant’s booking, travel or stay organized through New 2 Norway®, unless such is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of New 2 Norway®. 

New 2 Norway® is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss or accident inflicted on any person or thing (including financial damage) caused by negligence or with intent from any such operator.

Activities

New 2 Norway® shall not under any circumstances be held liable for injury, damage, loss or accident caused by participation in or in connection with Activities.

Acceptance

By paying New 2 Norway®’s Customized Language Package invoice(s), which will be sent to the participant upon booking, the participant has accepted the general terms and conditions listed in this document, as a part of the agreement between New 2 Norway® and the participant.

Privacy Policy

We ask for personal information in New 2 Norway®’s Customized Language Package form. This information is necessary to ensure that we are able to make and confirm your booking. This information will not be used for any other purposes, and will not be shared with any other outside parties except for necessary information given to the parties involved in New 2 Norway®’s Customized Language Package.

The personal information will not be sold or shared, and your e-mail address will not be forwarded to outside parties.
